New World Medical Ahmed Veterinary Ophthalmic Valve, Model VFP8. A valved glaucoma drainage implant featuring a flexible medical-grade silicone plate and tube. Designed to help control intraocular pressure by providing aqueous drainage while the valve mechanism helps reduce the risk of postoperative hypotony. Plate specifications: 10 mm width, 9.6 mm length, 1.0 mm thickness and approximately 102 mm² surface area. Tube specifications: 25.4 mm length, 0.305 mm inner diameter and 0.635 mm outer diameter.
