I-MED I-SUTURE PGLA is a synthetic absorbable suture designed for superb handling through tissue, high tensile strength through the critical wound-healing period, and excellent knot security. Approximate tensile strength retention: 75% at 2 weeks and 50% at 3 weeks. Absorption is essentially complete between 90 and 100 days.
